Lauryn – Cedar Park Office Manager
Lauryn has worked in endodontics since 1985. The last 23 years at the wonderful group of Austin Endodontics. She can help with scheduling and answer any questions you may have regarding treatment or finances. When she in not at the office, she enjoys cooking, eating and reading. Lauryn would like to be a farmer when she retires.
Cathi Cleven – Patient Coordinator
My name is Cat, and I bring over 40 years of experience in the dental field to my role in patient care at Austin Endo. I began my career as a dental assistant in 1983, building a strong clinical foundation that continues to inform my work today. For the past 20 years, I have served as a Patient Care Coordinator, specializing in scheduling, insurance coordination, and supporting a seamless patient experience. I take pride in being a knowledgeable, dependable point of connection for patients, providers, and referring offices, ensuring care is both efficient and compassionate.
Ashley – Cedar Park Patient Coordinator
Ashley has nine years of experience in the dental field and is excited to be part of the Austin Endo team. She truly enjoys all aspects of dentistry and loves continuing to learn and grow in her career. When she’s not in the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with close friends, attending concerts, and exploring new restaurants around town.
Leti – Patient Care Coordinator
Leti started assisting 23 years ago and has been in endo over 10 years and is now currently one of our patient care coordinators.
Haley – Mopac’s Office Manager
Haley is passionate about supporting both patients and providers through clear communication and organized systems. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her cats, traveling, hiking, and discovering new coffee spots.
Vickie Lynn Thompson – Dental Assistant
Vickie is very grateful, humble, kind, loving, caring, and very giving. Vickie is also high spirited high energy (like the energizer bunny). She works as a dental assistant because she truly loves helping people in all phases of life. Her motivation is to be a better person than she was yesterday, to live life and make memories. Vickie’s world rotates around Kindness. She lives for Kinsley her mini-me (granddaughter). Outside of work, she loves her jeep, the outdoors, all forms of animals, and spending time with her friends and family.
Lauren – RDA
Lauren was born and raised in central texas. She is the oldest of 3 siblings and had two amazing parents who worked full time. She spent most of her childhood days in the country, alongside cattle animals and often spent most days out in the texas sun. She was very involved in high school clubs such as air force rotc and the lions club volunteering group. After high-school she decided to follow an education in dentistry after a friends recommendation. Shortly after starting school she knew she found her career job. She studied in San marcos for dental assisting at the Texas state continuing education university. She enjoys working out daily, attending mass sunday mornings, nature adventures, trips around the country, movie theater dates, reading books and spending time with loved ones. She recently became a God mom and aunt to two infants and has been enjoying watching them grow over the past year.
She has been a registered endodontic dental assistant for almost 4 years now and takes pride in giving patients the best care possible. She enjoys the endodontic specialty because you learn something new everyday even though the procedure stays the same.
Her goal is to continue in dentistry and follow her other passions such as photography.
Jazmine Carroll – RDA
Hi, my name is Jazmine. I am originally from California and went to Dental Assisting School at Kaplan College in Riverside, California. I have lived in Texas for 11 years, 5 of those years being in Austin. I have an extensive customer service background. I love helping patients get out of pain and helping make their experience as stress-free as possible. In my free time, I love to hang out with my teenage daughter and my Mini Aussie Winter. I also enjoy focusing on my business, going to the beach, traveling, trying new restaurants, and going to the movies.
Madisen – Cedar Park RDA
My name is Maddie and I am passionate about dental assisting. When I am not helping our patients I enjoy tennis and baking on my free time.
Manuel – Dental Assistant
Manuel has been with our team for many years. He is a pleasure to work with and our patients love him. He has spent years working with our patients helping them feel at ease during the treatment and helping them to understand their endodontic procedure. When he is not at work he enjoys family time and a few games of Tennis.
Isabel – Dental Assistant
Isabel was born and raised in Venezuela, where she developed an early interest in the medical field, particularly dentistry. She studied Dentistry at Universidad del Zulia (LUZ), building a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support.
When working, Isabel strives to provide the best possible care for every patient. She is attentive, compassionate, and focused on helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their treatment.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys playing pickleball with friends and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
