Meet the Staff
Lauryn – Insurance Coordinator
Lauryn has worked in endodontics since 1985. The last 23 years at the wonderful group of Austin Endodontics. She can help with scheduling and answer any questions you may have regarding treatment or finances. When she in not at the office, she enjoys cooking, eating and reading. Lauryn would like to be a farmer when she retires.
Vickie Lynn Thompson – Dental Assistant
Vickie is very grateful, humble, kind, loving, caring, and very giving. Vickie is also high spirited high energy (like the energizer bunny).
She works as a dental assistant because she truly loves helping people in all phases of life. Her motivation is to be a better person than she was yesterday, to live life and make memories. Vickie’s world rotates around Kindness. She lives for Kinsley her mini-me (granddaughter). Outside of work, she loves her jeep, the outdoors, all forms of animals, and spending time with her friends and family.
Rebecca McManus – Office Manager
Rebecca has been in the dental field since 1992. She was a dental assistant from 1993 to 2019. She then moved to the front office and has been helping our patients with their treatment plans, insurance, and finances. Rebecca loves working in the Endodontic field helping our patients get out of pain and back to their day. She loves educating our patients on their dental health. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and going to the range. She enjoys coming to work and spending the day with our Endodontic team!
Cathi Cleven – Patient Coordinator
I joined the team at Austin Endo in 2020. I quickly found out it’s a joyful place to work. I continually feel appreciated and valued for my skill set. I am especially grateful for the emphasis placed on health and safety for all team members and clients alike even in the midst of the pandemic.

Manuel-Dental Assistant
Manuel has been with our team for many years. He is a pleasure to work with and our patients love him. He has spent years working with our patients helping them feel at ease during the treatment and helping them to understand their endodontic procedure. When he is not at work he enjoys family time and a few games of Tennis.
Taylor – Dental Assistant
Taylor was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. From a young age, she was interested in the medical field, especially dentistry. When she graduated high school, she moved to Texas to swim at a Division I University and to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Upon graduating, she decided to become a Registered Dental Assistant. Shortly after completing the program, she began assisting at Austin Endodontics. When working, Taylor strives to provide the best possible care for patients. She is attentive to their needs and helps them feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment.
Leslie – Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Leslie. I’ve been in the dental field since 2016. I truly enjoy helping others and giving the best care to our patient’s. I joined Austin Endo in 2023. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family/friends and working out.
Ann- Dental Assistant/Patient Coordinator
Ann joined our dental team in March 2022. She works in our front office and is one of our dental assistants. Weather she is helping a patient on the phone or assisting with their treatment she provides top of the line care to our patients. She tends to their needs and helps them understand the root canal procedure. When Ann is not working she enjoys spending time with family and going dancing. She is a wonderful addition to our team.
Leti- Dental Assistant
Leti is a born and raised Austinite. She has been in the dental field for 19 years and 10 of those years have been in Endodontics. Leti has 2 handsome young sons. In her free time she spends it at MMA sporting events/tournaments with her youngest son. Leti enjoys educating her patients on their root canal treatment and making them feel at home.
Haley-Patient Coordinator
Hello my name is Haley, I am new to the Austin Endo team, already it feels like home. Everyone is incredible to work with. The work environment is very professional and light, with plenty of opportunity. I work in the front, answering phones and checking in our patients. Soon I will be starting on the job training working toward a career as a dental assistant. In my free time you can find me at a coffee shop, on a hike, traveling, or watching TV with my cat. I really enjoy my job and can’t wait to see where it takes me.
